Advantages of push booster :

At present, the connection structure between trailer trucks protection board and motherboard is hinge. It is very toilful to open and close because the protection board is longer and heavier. The tailer trucks protection board with more than ten meters length, is made up with 5 to 6 pieces at present by manufacturer, which could be opened and closed by manpower. It is inconvenient for truck driver and comparative toilful for the manufacturer to manufacture the protection board. There is hydraulic pressure system as a push booster. But hydraulic pressure system needs to be maintained regularly during usage because of the life limitation of sealed cushion and the complexity of operating system and power elements. The relevant components were easily damaged because of improper operation, which often brings very large maintenance cost.
At present, by applying mechanics principles, our company has researched and developed a carriage side door open-close auxiliary device -- "Push Booster".
1, The push booster was completely rationalization designed and has low price which substitutes the hydraulic pressure system for lifting usage. It also can be freely adjusted its operating strength as needed;
2, The push booster was a small-size design which makes it possible to installed in a small space. A space with 600mm width * 200mm depth under the motherboard can be used for installation.
3, The push booster has light structure which makes its installation simplified. It can be installed by drilling a hole at the proper location and tightening the screw according to the parameters on the installation manual;
4, Its inserter pin with fixed structure, safe, pollution-free, do not need maintenance cost. One push booster can augment forces of 120kg-150kg.
Description of the usage mode and operation method for the push booster:
The push booster will be used in conditions having rotary shaft (such as hinge) but difficult to be done by manpower. Firstly fix the bracket body of the push booster on the fixed beam of rotary board by screw bolt. And then fix the link arm and rotary board by bolt. When the rotary board moves, the linkage machanism will make the power of the spring turned into real operation strength, which can achieve the goal of saving labor. And it can control the strength of the spring by regulating the bolt rod as needed.
Application scope:
The push booster can be widely applied to protection board of truck compartment, such as trailer truck, wing-opened carriage car, stage car, half trailer truck, coal transport truck, etc and all carriages which have protection board with rotary shaft (such as hinge) and side board would be turned over 180 degrees downwardly.
